We are working exclusively with a multi-million-dollar Fleet Management client on a VP Operations opportunity located in Eastern Pennsylvania. We are looking for an experienced and polished leader with knowledge and expertise within the transportation industry. This facility specializes in renting trucks for commercial use. This role would focus on streamlining processes while still leading their team by establishing vision and strategy.
Overall leadership responsibility roughly 40 employees in Remarketing, Claims, Fleet Logistics and Maintenance departments.
Create and implement objectives strategies to increase profitability and efficiency
Develop and enhance revenue streams through existing and new products. Responsible for new product innovation and development.
Work collaboratively with the IT and leadership teams to develop and oversee the Telematics strategy
A Bachelor’s degree in Business with and Master’s degree preferred
Superior communication and presentation skills
10 years transportation industry or fleet management experience
Demonstrated success in streamlining processes and analytics
