VP of Sales – AL/IL/MC– Senior Living

Our client is continually growing in the Midwest and Southeast regions and adding to their team to ensure they provide the best care and quality of life possible. They have a very solid group of senior leadership that is passionate , collaborative , team oriented and excited about what they are creating for the senior population.
This position will be a critical member of the Senior Management team .You will also play an important role helping our senior population find the right living situation to meet their current and future lifestyle needs. Help continue to develop and implement strategies/ policies to ensure the sales team has al the tools they need to continue to drive occupancy at the communities. You will also have major influences on the start up communities they are building including pre- sales and grand opening oversight.
The VP of Sales will be responsible for executing on corporate vison in regards to sales and evaluate sales goals/performance, processes and training for new and current associates. You will also be responsible for presentations to the investors to give insight to current market conditions, trends, community occupancy and revenue. You will partner with the VP of Marketing and external marketing vendors to ensure the companies’ branding and mission are on par with the organizational goals. In addition, sales forecasting and revenue projections for each community and level of care. This position will support all functions essential to the success of the sales teams.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a VP or high level sales management position in selling senior housing to include, assisted or independent living and/or Memory Care
Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in written form with C suite and investment groups.
Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft office products and experience with a CRM data base
Polished and professional and experience in delivering effective presentation to ownership groups.
Possess a personal presence characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values of the organization
Proven track in meeting and achieving occupancy goals
ST Louis, MO area – but open to remote as long as willing to travel up to 50%
