Lucas Group has partnered with a growing non-profit in the Washington, DC market in its search for a Director of HR. All applicants must have exposure to union and labor relations for this role. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall HR strategy, and upgrade HR programs alongside the SVP of HR. This will be a full scope HR position in terms of responsibilities overseeing the organizations total rewards programs, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, labor relations, and training & development.
- B.A. or B.S. required
- 10+ years of human resources experience, including working in a unionized environment.
- A Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, SHRM-CP, or equivalent.
