Lucas Group has partnered with a farm-to-table fast casual restaurant chain on their search for a Chief People Officer. They are privately held with both franchise and company owned restaurants throughout California, Las Vegas and Arizona. The Vice President/CPO will be responsible for providing executive level leadership and guidance for HR operations, talent acquisition and culture building efforts. WIll be responsible for setting, evaluating and enforcing HR policies, including organizational development, people planning, strategic learning and the administration of HR policies and practices. This person will focus on infusing the culture and values throughout the organization.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Leadership, collaboration, communication, consultatino, critical evaluation, business acumen, ethical practice , cultural awareness, attention to detail, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Educational & Work Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of related experience leading an HR Department with progressive experience in organizational development, recruitment, training and worker’s comp administration.
- SHRM-SCP certification
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality industry preferred. (Restaurant, Hospitality, Retail)
