Role: Head of Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:

Lucas Group has partnered with a global organization on their search for a Head of Talent Acquisition role based in central Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to come in, lead a team, and spearhead Talent initiatives for the company. The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for effectively overseeing all recruitment programs and processes from workforce planning to staffing strategies to much more to attract and identify top C-Level executives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years talent acquisition leadership experience and will act as a true business partner to Organizational Leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years talent acquisition experience
• Global experience
• Experience with a focus on Sales and Marketing talent strategy
• Led a group of 4+ direct reports (Director or Manager level)
• Experience developing strategy for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
• Experience recruiting for C-suite and top-level executives
