Lucas Group is retained on a Vice President of HR role with a growing, multi-site, multi-state organization based in North Philadelphia. The Vice President of HR is a key leadership position for the company and directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function. The position is responsible for the following key processes for all staff: a) recruitment, selection and retention; b) training & development programs c) compensation and salary management; d) policy implementation and interpretation. In this role you will have significant impact on the direction and partnership of HR with the leadership team to meet business objectives and goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related Management degree required
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience; 8+ in HR Leadership role
- Well-rounded HR background with multi-site, multi-state experience
- Previously supported a non-exempt population
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50%
