Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading global organization on their search for a Total Rewards Manager located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to be a true HR leader within their Total Rewards Team. The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management, design, communication, compliance, and administration of both employee benefit and compensation programs. This person will serve as a true strategic partner who will provide support, guidance, and advice on all total rewards projects, as well as strategic decision making on new initiatives. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee the design and administration of compensation programs including compensation planning, base pay, bonus programs, etc.
  • Provide strategic leadership, design, and implementation of Total Rewards programs (compensation, health & welfare, HRIS)
  • Communicate compensation and benefits information to all audiences
  • Develop and recommend benefits programs, contributions structures, and administrative
  • Analyze market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of Total Rewards programs
  • Provide enrollment materials, prepare, and conduct benefit conference calls, revise benefit summaries and orientation documents
  • Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s a plus
  • 7+ years compensation & benefits administration experience
  • CCP, CCB, or CEBS designation a plus
  • SHRM certification preferred
