Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a servicing and distribution company for a Total Rewards Manager, to lead Benefits and undergo compensation projects. This supports 1000 employees over multiple locations.
This person will be responsible for vendor management, open enrollment, 401k, data reporting, and automating processes. In addition, oversee COBRA compliance, audits, FMLA, ACA, etc.
- +5 years' experience within benefits
- HRIS experience – cloud-based
- Bachelor’s degree
