Lucas Group has partnered with a top financial/banking industry partner in their search for a Technical Recruiter in Tempe, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to help grow and support the data, product, and engineering teams through full-cycle ownership of the recruitment process. A strong leader will collaborate with hiring managers and business partners to develop strategies within the organization to develop strategic recruiting plans and positively influence the Talent Acquisition process. 

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the recurring process 

  • Attract and develop high quality talent by locating, engaging, and prescreening active and passive talent pools and assisting with interviews and the hiring process

  • Source passive and active candidates through a variety of methods including networking, social media engagement, cold calls, referrals, etc

  • Provide leadership through coaching and recommendations of best practices for all recruiting related processes. 

  • Develop diverse talent pipelines of potential candidates and industry professionals for future hiring needs and identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques

  • Accurately using CRM tools and using the ATS system to obtain appropriate requisitions for high quality candidates and track candidate activity 

  • Follow up with candidates and provide support in in-take meetings as needed to ensure positive candidate experiences 

  • Meet assigned recruiter KPIs and SLAs

Educational & Work Requirements:

  • 3+ years of fast-paced technical recruiting 

  • Product and engineering hiring experience 

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing and recruiting techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms, online sourcing tools CRMs, x-ray/flipping,etc)

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) 

  • Ambitious, efficient, and highly motivated under tight deadlines and competing priorities

  • Positive personality that can create and lead a collaborative environment with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience collaborating with hiring leaders, HRBPs, compensation, and other departments as a consulting partner.

Location: Tempe, AZ; currently working remote, option for hybrid schedule in the fall.
