Lucas Group has partnered with a rapidly growing industrial organization in the Greater New York City on their search for a Sr. Director of Human Resources! This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual in this newly created role due to the growth of the company! This individual will serve as a true strategic business partner and be responsible for implementing a variety of HR goals and initiatives. The ideal candidate will 12+ years of management experience with time spent in the industrial or manufacturing space. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and drive HR initiatives and programs that align and support business objectives
• Serve as coach and mentor to provide expertise on employee relations, managerial counseling, employee development and training
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop effective solutions that support management planning, company growth, and performance management
• Partner closely with key leaders to promote a culture of mutual respect and productivity
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred
• 12+ years of HR experience
• PHR or SPHR certification a plus
