The Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst is a hands-on problem solver for high priority Continuous Improvement business initiatives. The Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst partners with business leaders and process owners to develop and deliver operational solutions that add value directly to the bottom line. You will also lead cross functional teams to identify and implement high value process improvement and cost savings projects that have significant corporate impact.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement and Change Management

  • Expert in executing continuous improvement and change management initiatives
  • Experienced in detailed process mapping and flow charting through process owner interviews
  • Defines, documents, and explains key considerations for matching department capabilities with technical solutions
  • Defines business problems in clear and simple project documents to aid in collaborative solution development involving business and IT leadership
  • Documents process dependencies and gaps to ensure recommended solutions are holistic and effective upon implementation
  • Partners with remote and virtual resources to deliver projects and initiatives on time and on budget with minimal supervision
  • Translate business input and stated pain points into actionable work plans to close gaps using available resources
  • Partner with leaders to evaluate solution options and develop recommendations based on business requirements
  • Document change action plans considering stakeholder needs, abilities, and time constraints
  • Lead both risk and opportunity assessment exercises utilizing six sigma best practices
  • Lead process improvement and Kaizen initiatives to deploy new ways of operating with a focus on removing complexity

Cross-Functional Customer Relationship Management

  • Ability to support multiple business and technology customers, both internal and external to the organization
  • Ability to support multiple projects and initiatives that may intersect with each other at different times throughout the project lifecycle
  • Experience with improving standard corporate functions such as human resources, finance, marketing, IT and operations  
  • Expert working group facilitation skills with the ability to lead sensitive process improvement discussions while collaboratively identifying root causes and points of failure

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or technical discipline
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring travel, remote work, and non-standard work schedules
  • 5+ years of experience in predominantly project, process and/or change management roles
  • 5+ years of experience managing both Waterfall and Agile-based IT programs required
  • 5+ years of experience in process mapping and flow charting
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • PMI Project Management Professional certification is a plus
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills are a must
  • Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required
  • Master Black Belt certification is a plus
  • ERP implementation experience is a plus (not required)
  • RPA experience is a plus (not required)
