Senior Account Manager/BD – IT Staffing– Remote
Lucas Group has partnered with a growing and stable IT staffing/services organization to find a topflight SR account Executive/Business Development rep to help them continue the growth path they have been on for the last 9 years. Our client is quickly becoming a leader in the IT services Niche. They have been successful, way beyond their forecasts for business. They have assembled a team of Rock Star recruiters to be able to confidently fulfill all client needs quickly and efficiently. As the SR Account Executive/BD rep, you will be leveraging your personal network while continuing to build a pipeline of clients who can utilize the organizations services. You will be working to build relationships with IT and other companies who utilize Contract people for their staffing needs. You will be an expert in selling the services of this organization and partner with their recruiting team to fulfill your client's needs.
4+ years of selling IT staffing services
Verifiable experience in business development successfully landing new clientele in the IT industry
Have a network of regular relationships that you can reach out to from day 1 while building additional members into your pipeline.
Competency in all aspects of sales cold/warm calling, scheduling client meetings, doing presentations, identifying client needs, etc.
Self-Motivated – entrepreneurial attitude
Ability to work, pivot quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Remote position can live anywhere in continental US
