Sourcing Managers (Indirect Spend)

Lucas Group has partnered with a globally admired brand on their search for two accomplished Sourcing Managers (Indirect spend).

  • One Sourcing Manager will oversee the critical indirect spend category of Professional Services (MSP/BPO/contingent labor/staffing agreements).
  • One Sourcing Manager will oversee the critical indirect spend category of Subscription Based Software (SaaS).



  • Sourcing Managers (Indirect spend) will work with internal stakeholders to develop, implement and execute procurement strategies using the 7 Step Sourcing process.
  • Through excellent leadership and communications skills, ensures cross functional business objectives are reflected in category strategies.
  • Must be able to effectively leverage the company’s scale while balancing interests of the stakeholders.
  • Strategically manage the indirect spend to identify opportunities that drive sustainable improvement in cost, quality, service and innovation.
  • Lead supplier relationship management activities that drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by partnering with key business stakeholders to develop and track supplier KPIs.
  • Ensure robust commercial arrangements meet applicable business, legal, sustainability and ethical requirements.
  • A role model both within the organization and the wider market creates a culture of honesty, integrity and trust.
  • The role is based in the Atlanta area.



  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in supply chain, business administration of related).
  • 3+ years of experience managing sourcing categories required, including the specified categories for each role (Professional Services, Subscription based Software).
  • 5+ years of work experience required.
  • Strong relationship building/influencing skills.
  • Experience using the 7 Step Sourcing process.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
  • CPM or CPIM certification preferred.
