Role Overview: This is a newly created role being a workday architect. We need someone with a vast knowledge of HR systems with workday as a primary. This person will act as the HR, HRIS and IT focal point supporting the Human Resources Organization for the program solutions that support HR Strategies. Will plan, direct and complete analysis of programs to support business requirements and act as a liaison between the HR community and internal IT resources. Will manage two people - a manager and analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HRIS
- MS Office Suite
- Google Business Suite
- 8-10 years of HR Systems Architecture Leadership
- Experience working in a global organization
- Bachelors Degree in Information System or HR
