Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: J.D., Admitted to Texas State Bar
• Work Experience:
  • Ideal candidates will have 4 to 8 years of substantial knowledge and understanding of all aspects of franchise law.
  • The person who sits in this role will be the legal team's primary point of contact with the franchise operations team so strong communication skills and the ability to guide business teams will be required.
  • Litigation management skills are preferred as litigation management will also be part of this role.
