Position Summary: As the Senior Account Executive, this position is an outcome focuses sales consultant driving to quota attainment and client success. Leads and guides others in leveraging opportunities to set the client up for success through delivery of solutions that impact the client’s needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.


  • Work with extended team to support sale and customer success.
  • Proven experience selling complex enterprise solutions (4+ years).
  • Adhere to a complex challenger sales methodology.
  • Consistent proven ability to always exceed monthly/quarterly quota.
  • Demonstrated success selling professional services coupled with software solutions.
  • Ability to build and manage a large pipeline of ongoing sales opportunities effectively.
  • Demonstrated success drafting proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Great listener, educator, and persuasive communicator open to feedback and growth.
  • Demonstrates patience, determination, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a high degree of creativity.
  • Strong experience utilizing sales tools such as: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Sale Navigator.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop presentations and proposal to communicate with prospects and customers.


  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce that is 5x quota.
  • Prospecting & client engagement activities and maintain a "Hunter" mindset.
  • Manage and track outreach to leads and opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Own a complex sales process: Qualify to Close.
  • Account penetration and growth within patch
  • Communicate effectively with other sales and business development team members.


  • 4+ years' of enterprise sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Indefatigable work ethic and passion for success.
  • Relentless pursuit of quota overachievement each quarter.
  • Organized and able to multi-task effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: working in fin tech, banking, insurance, and/or government

Work Environment:

  • Ability to work remote.
  • Travel will be required for client engagement & marketing events.
  • Office will be located in Atlanta, GA however this is a remote position.
  • Must work well with extended team, culture is key here.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
