SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER / Multi-State
Territory - West of the Rockies
Live in or near Los Angeles, CA - (Work from home)
Base + Commissions / Bonus / Car allowance, etc.
EXCITING ROLE for this well- established company as they seek to continue their dominance in all the States West of the Rockies regarding their ‘SURFACTANT’ business.
THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT ROLE FOR THE COMPANY as you will be taking over / Account Managing an established territory for a 25-year veteran of the company who will be retiring soon who has a very large customer base / pipeline.
You MUST HAVE at least several years’ experience IN THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY AS IT RALATES TO ‘SURFACTANTS’
- Experience for Personal Care, HI&I products is an asset
- Target growth within current customer base and seek out new opportunities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of customer business and chemical requirements
- Presentations, fact find, quote, resolve issues, close business
- Directly address customer requests, investigate and resolve customer issues
- Ability to provide the customers with technical assistance and formulation guidance
- Multi-State travel
- BS Degree preferably in Chemistry
