Lucas Group has partnered with our client on their search for a Safety Manager in the Carlsbad, CA area.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Be and be seen as the single point EHS contact for the region/area assigned.
- Through regional travel, the Safety Manager will visit job sites, to conduct ongoing Safety visits and Safety training
- Maintaining a professional relationship with all GC/Client and team members including but not limited to the craft, field supervisors, superintendents, PEs, PMs, and DOs.
Skills/Requirements:
- Must currently be in the construction industry averaging 3 years minimum at each job you've been in.
- CHST certification is preferred
- OSHA 500 is preferred
