Regional Wholesale rep/ National Account Manager – Remote 

Lucas Group has partnered with a growing wellness and medical supply organization that is looking to expand their sales staff due to their rapid growth and newly acquired patents. 

Our client is quickly becoming a leading supplier of PPE products and have signed some larger distribution contracts with major retailers. They are still considered in startup mode but have been successful, way beyond their forecasts for business. They have developed some patents on masks, wellness and botanical products and are launching a new division for medical supplies. This is a great opportunity to get in with a company and have an impact on their growth and future direction. 

Position Summary 

As the Regional Wholesale rep/ NAM, you will be calling on their current retail clients (CVS is largest right now) and help open doors with other in the Grocery, Club, Convenience and other relevant channels where their products could be used. They also have signed some contracts with large corporations to supply them with mask for their employees and their customers. This is a fun work hard/play hard culture where they are enjoying the ride while building a great future for the company. The focus of their role will be to bring their product to market on a more regional and national level.This role will also report to and work hand in hand with the owner. 

Skills/Requirements 

  • 3+ years of selling into National Accounts such as “Big Box” and Mass retailer” 

  • Verifiable experience in business development successfully landing new clientele in these channels 

  • Connections with Kroger, Costco, Sam's club and any other major retailer that could use wellness products is a must 

  • Startup experience either with a new company or division in a larger company is a huge plus 

  • Strong Presentation Skills 

  • Self-Motivated – entrepreneurial attitude 

  • Ability to work, pivot quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment 

  • Verifiable sales record of increasing market share/revenue 

  • Prior experience working remotely 

Primary Location 

Greater Las Vegas Area - Company is located here but open to remote with the right experience
