Lucas Group has partnered with a growing logistics company in the South Brunswick, NJ market in its search for a Regional HR Generalist. This is a highly visible role that will report into the Director of HR, and partner with all employee levels, including executive leadership. This person will be responsible for daily HR operations for the site to include employee relations, benefits, performance management, training & development, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree required, additional education or certifications highly preferred
- 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced organization
