Job Description

Leadership: oversees all day-to-day maintenance operations for the communities; manages all maintenance staff and establishes procedures to on-board, train, motivate, professionally develop, resolve conflict, and out-process maintenance employees; adheres to performance management guidelines by ensuring written quarterly and annual evaluations are completed within required standards; establishes a performance counseling program to reinforce positive behaviors, improves neutral performance, and identifies and coaches negative behaviors with associated improvement plans; conducts all activities and communications respectfully with all stakeholders in keeping with, and reinforcing among the maintenance team, the Company’s core values.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years maintenance leadership 
  • Heavy on computer skills 
  • Facilities Experience Leadership level
