Title: Regional Business Development Manager


Job Description and Requirements:

The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, engaging and selling new customer business - $1.5-$3M annually. In addition, management and development of existing accounts, relationship building, customer retention and growth, liaison internal/external between both corporate organizations.

  • Develop and/or manage leads resulting in $1.5-$3M in new business sales annually in all industry segments
  • Develop and maintain a diverse and balanced pipeline with at least $5M in new growth opportunity
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at decision maker level
  • Full customer management responsibilities from on-boarding
  • Autonomous work ethic
  • Represent our client at various tradeshows & industry events, developing network and establishing our client as solutions provider
  • Utilizing solutions, match potential organizational capability to various needs as identified by customer base



  • Experience in the Logistics, Distribution, Industrial Packaging, Transportation, or Pallet/Container industries is required
  • Minimum of at least three to five years of experience in a professional sales position
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or other equivalent academic disciplines preferred.  Will consider equivalent business experience in lieu of degree.
  • Formal sales training preferred

  • Supply-chain knowledge
  • Superior computer skills and MS Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) are a mandatory requirement
