As a part of Lucas Group’s Houston team, you will build and extend client relationships in a variety of industries while working to place qualified candidates in contract or contract to hire positions within Accounting and Finance.

- Drive new business with existing customers and prospects
- Consult with clients to scope search projects by obtaining information that clearly defines the specifics of the job
- Lead and develop comprehensive targeted recruitment strategies
- Manage recruitment life-cycle from search kick-off through completion
- Cold calling, direct sourcing, database mining, and networking
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years of sales or recruiting experience
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments and cultures by asking the right questions and listening
- Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate client needs
- Data driven and detail oriented with an outgoing personality and drive to make a lot of phone calls to management professionals
