Paralegal – Real Estate (Baltimore)

Lucas Group’s mid-sized law firm client, a well-regarded Baltimore firm, is looking for a paralegal to become an integral part of their family. The firm prides itself on its public service, pro bono work, its relationships, and the practical and personal touch they afford in the practice of law.  It is a firm where careers and people thrive.

Requirements:

  • The firm will consider any level of real estate experience, including entry level.  The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial real estate transactions experience including title and corporate financing
  • Bachelor's degree
Duties:
  • Review due diligence documents
  • Review Surveys
  • Review title commitments and underlying exceptions
  • Review Plats
  • Lead checklist conference calls
