A successful candidate is going to be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) and have direct engineering design and project management experience on linear projects such as roads, pipelines, runways, etc. Consideration will also be given to other "civil" PE's (Structural, Geo technical etc.) as long as they have strong linear project experience. A working knowledge of Civil 3D is pretty critical. The hire will need strong “sleeves rolled up engineering and design skill” to work in/manage a design team.
