Lucas Group has been retained on a search for Product Manager for an established global manufacturer and provider of irrigation products and services. The company is a global leader in water conservation products and technologies with a proud 50+ year history.  

 As the PM you will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for their contractor product category through new product development and management. The plan includes global promotional plans, product roadmaps, marketing development and new product launches for the contractor SBU.  This person will work cross-functionally with several different stakeholder groups and must possess strong leadership, interpersonal and project management skills to drive execution.

Partial Responsibilities:

Develop global market strategies to grow market share of existing product lines

Develop long-range product line strategies across customer segments

Utilize in-depth global knowledge of competitive share, positioning and pricing programs

Research business intelligence and market trends to develop positioning, pricing and growth strategies for new product initiatives



5+ years of product leadership experience in a manufacturing company

Experience marketing and/or selling through distribution and contractor channels

Bachelors Degree or MBA preferred

Excellent project management skills
