A top 20 law firm in NYC is seeking a skilled Private Credit Restructuring Associate to join their highly regarded Private Credit Group. This associate will have the unique opportunity be exposed to both the Bankruptcy and Private Credit groups and work with top-tier financial clients. This is an amazing opportunity for a restructuring associate to also be involved with transactional matters!

Job Requirements

4-6 years of bankruptcy experience with a strong understanding of secured creditor restructuring.
Associates with at least 2 years of large law firm corporate transactional experience are preferred.
Candidates solely with litigation experience will not be considered for this position.
Must be licensed in New York.
