Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturer on their search for an HRBP in Mason, OH. This person needs to be a strategic partner while also being able to roll their sleeves up and tackle the tactical pieces. This position is responsible for developing and administering various human resources programs and procedures for all company personnel, as well as planning, organizing, and controlling all activities of a plant Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a progressive human resources background in CPG or manufacturing. This position is also responsible for supporting plant objectives.

Requirements:

• Strong Labor Relations- must have contract negotiation experience
• Union experience is a must
• Strategic experience- need Succession Planning and the ability to drive process and strategy.
• Manufacturing or CPG is a must
• Plant leadership experience is a must
• PHR, SPHR certification preferred
• 5-7 years of experience
