Title: Payroll and Benefits Manager

Role Overview: This role is a newly created position to manage all the benefits, compensation, and payroll processing for the organization. Experience with ADP is required. You must have experience utilizing and running ADP from a day to day perspective. This can’t be just batch uploading files to payroll for someone else to run, but having the capability to run full compensation, benefits, and payroll. You must also have extensive experience working with ADP to troubleshoot issues when running compensation and payroll on a weekly or biweekly basis. The last required component is experience with a payroll conversion. The preference would be for the conversion to have been onto ADP, but any payroll conversion will suffice. The ideal candidate will understand time sensitivity, be flexible in changing work priorities, data driven, and results driven, flexible and extraordinarily agile in terms of problem solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CCP, CEBS preferred but not required
- 10+ years of overall experience within HR with a focus on benefits, compensation, and payroll
- 5+ years of experience with ADP
- Industry experience preferred (Manufacturing)
