Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading media, information, and services company in their hunt for an Onboarding Assistant for their New York City location. This role will be responsible for on/offboarding throughout the many regions in which the company conducts business. Working closely with HR representatives and the HR Support team, the individual will manage the employee record system in addition to assisting with any troubleshooting related to the system. The ideal candidate is driven and possesses excellent critical thinking skills.
- At least one year of onboarding and/or HR experience (internship experience is valid)
- Data entry/analytic experience
- Administrative experience
- Developed technical skills
- Self-driven; able to work autonomously on a wide range of tasks
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
