The office manager is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, which includes matters relating to personnel, office technology, managing work-flow (including deadlines), and ordering office supplies. The office manager may also be called upon for secretarial needs as needed. Ideal candidates will have prior experience as an office manager/secretary and have proficiency with MS Office and various databases and be able to juggle multiple responsibilities.
