We have partnered with our client that has an immediate opening for a NETSUITE ADMINISTRATOR. Ideally they are targeting someone that has a few years of accounting experience and then moved into a NetSuite administrator role or is a NetSuite SME that is well versed with the accounting modules. The NetSuite Administrator will have contact with senior level executives, as well as internal system users and reports into the VP & Controller. Currently working 100% remotely due to the pandemic.

 

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Management Information Systems or related field
  • NetSuite Suite Foundations / Administrator / ERP Certification a plus
  • 5 years of experience in an accounting role and in a NetSuite administrator role - with emphasis in database management, report writing and Finance/Accounting Administration
  • Must have experience building/pulling reports, creating dashboards, assigning users etc... within NetSuite
  • Demonstrated success with process improvement initiatives required
  • Experience working across departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP system implementations
  • SQL database and reporting/query tool experience
