• State-of-the-Art distribution center, enables us to provide same-day shipping for most products across multiple verticals They are now recruiting a Marketplace Sales -Channel Manager in their Location in Miami

The Marketplace Channel Manager is responsible for overall sales volume, margin, and meeting targets as well as complete oversight over all associated channel activities, SLAs and health for designated Marketplace Channels.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: •Content & SKU Creation. Create product in content management software when new product enters inventory. Populate all required data when product arrives. •Channel oversight. Manage administration of Marketplace Channels, to include oversight of channel creation, accuracy of inventory/product information, pricing updates, timeliness of orders, product onsite review, product setup, inventory levels and problem resolution. Marketplace Channels include but are not limited to: Amazon U.S, eBay, Google Marketplace, Best Buy Marketplace and Overstock. •Channel Listings. Manage process of updating Marketplace listings on regular basis. Pull information from content management system, populate unique customer Set Up Sheet for import into channel back end portal. •Channel Pricing. Continually review and adjust pricing to remain competitive while within appropriate margin; review pricing daily. •Channel Deal Submission. Work with deal team on each marketplace to maximize visibility and sales through daily Deal Page(s). •Channel Supply. Maintain appropriate supply for each Marketplace based upon demand. Present recommendations and coordinate with Buyerand/or source. •Other responsibilities as assigned. REPORTING/RELATIONSHIPS •Reports to: Head of Sales•Direct Reports: Sales Admin/Support (indirectly •Internal Contacts: Regular interaction with Purchasing, Operationsand Marketplace Support •External Contacts: Marketplace Channel Representatives (Amazon, eBay, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS •Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred. Related experience considered in lieu of education. •Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV highly preferred. •Prior experience (2-3 years) in sales in marketplace accounts/e-commerce based organization.
