NEW- Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant  Fulltime/Long-Term Contract 

Busy real estate firm seeking full time Legal Administrative Assistant.
Work out of our on site leasing office in our beautiful luxury property in Jamaica Queens.  Option to work a couple of days a week from home.

Duties include:
Communicating with prospective tenants.
Managing the acquiring and organization of all necessary documents for background checks and lease approval.
Management of online real estate leasing portals like Onsite and StreetEasy.
Compile all relevant information required for lease generation.
Communicate with property owners with status updates, traffic reports, invoicing and payments etc.
Communicate continuously with our leasing agents regarding available units, required documentation for leases and approvals.   

Skills:
Ability to professionally and cordially communicate via phone and email
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi task and not become overwhelmed 
Calculations: Ability to manage leases, tenant income, invoicing, payment and other calculating heavy duties  
Proficient Microsoft office programs;  Excel, Google drive, drop box.

Hourly Rate: 
Up to 25, based on experience
