Seeking a highly motivated candidate that will join our talented software development team responsible for building and supporting existing capabilities for our client's online e-commerce products and services.

Candidate will be required to lead and collaborate, on the design and development of solutions aligned with all facets of our client's business units utilizing robust computing architectures in a multi-tier environment. Delivers products using the Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure the highest priorities are delivered first.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in writing software using .NET Framework
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in writing software using .NET Core
  • Write application code in C# at an advanced level
  • Create new or modify existing pages using the ASP.NET Core / MVC
  • Create JSON/REST API’s using ASP.Net Core / Web API
  • Interface with SQL Server database using .NET
  • Excellent teamwork and independent decision-making skills
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and TFS
  • Commit source code into central Git or TFS repository
  • Ability to write HTML and JavaScript at an intermediate level
  • Ability to write database CRUD logic using TSQL and Stored Procedures
  • Ability to initiative code reviews via strong logical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion
  • Ability to assimilate research data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take
  • Ability to coach others in the development of their skills
  • Ability to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
  • Ability to design applications using new or existing methodologies. Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information
  • Ability to identify areas of risk/concern in area of responsibility
  • Ability to identify needs and opportunities and develop action plans to address
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Ability to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
  • Knowledge and/or expertise in related area of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life-Cycle (SDLC)
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
