IT Support Specialist

Lucas Group is working with a top 100 American Law Firm that is looking for a IT Support Specialist to join their team in the Washington D.C. office. The individual would be supporting users onsite and remote in the D.C. and surrounding offices.

Job Requirements

  • Provide excellent customer service to end-users ranging from staff to partners
  • Strong Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience including iPhone's, Androids and other smartphones
  • Laptops and desktop hardware support
  • Windows 7
  • Mac OS
  • Office and Outlook 2003 – 2010
  • Printer support
  • I.P. desktop phones

Experience with the following is helpful

  • WorkSite Document Management
  • iManage
  • Data backups
  • Legal Key
  • Network switches
  • Network cabling and troubleshooting
  • iPad's
  • Various other electronic devices
  • Windows 10
  • Office 2013/2016/O365
