What We Are Looking For:

Lucas Group has partnered with our technology client in Portland on their search for an IT Manager.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, implement, maintain and support telecommunication software and hardware that is used 24/7 at the company
• Manage strategic and operational activities of IT Department
• Achieve strategic goals by integrating and implementing various technology initiatives
• Lead a team of IT professionals
• ERP application management
• Research and study new technology that could help improve operational efficiencies
• Design, implement and execute data security, backup and disaster recovery plans

Skills Needed:

• ERP applications
• Infrastructure knowledge
• Enterprise systems
• Budget management
• Recruiting and managing team members

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Work Experience: 4+ years related work experience
