Lucas Group has partnered with our client in on their search for an Interim Director of People & Culture.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Serve as strategic partner to President, CEO, COO, and senior leadership team around all HR/people issues
  • Take ownership for shaping and implementing strategic plan to build a high-impact people and talent function
  • Help champion and shape organizational culture through effective people programs
  • Ensure effective administration of day-to-day people operations to support entire employee life-cycle
  • Ensure all HR infrastructure, systems and processes are seamless and operating successfully

Skills Needed:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading an HR/People function
  • Strong understanding of employment law, government compliance regulations, and best practices in HR operations
  • Knowledgeable across all HR mechanisms, including talent acquisition/management, performance and learning, total rewards and benefits, HRIS and DEI

Educational & Work Requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor's Degree required; 
  • Work Experience: 10+ years in HR
