Lucas Group has partnered with our manufacturing client in Connecticut on their search for a Interim Compensation Consultant. . This role will largely cover their broad based compensation program, and short and long term incentive programs.  3 month contract with the possibility of extending.  Can sit remotely with travel to Connecticut, but must sit in the Northeast.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Partner with CHRO, CEO and board compensation 
  • Partner with CHRO and CEO on evaluating and establishing our annual bonus plan 
  • Analyze US salary data and identify outliers and internal equity issues for consideration in 2021 merit process
  • Create standard processes for off-cycle increases and job offers ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to standardize the use of market survey and compensation consultation on job offers

Educational & Work Requirements:

  -7+ years of broad based compensation experience

· Manufacturing environment and global experience preferred

· Certified Compensation Professional (preferred but not required)
