We are seeking an Insurance Sales Professional. You will be responsible for helping to expand the company's book of business by selling membership services to a variety of industries. The commission structure is very generous, and has potential to be much larger than your base salary.
Risk Finance is a Third party administrator of L&I workers comp claims. We represent a number of risk pools that you will help grow.
- Present and sell membership for the risk pool
- Reach out to warm leads, and guide them through each step of the sales process, including closing
- Reach out to generate cold leads (When applicable, although many warm leads will be available)
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Track and identify areas of improvement
- Previous experience in insurance sales (recommended)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
