Scope of Responsibilities:
- The Litigation Counsel will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's litigation from setting litigation strategy to managing budgets and outside counsel.
- As part of a small legal department you will be expected to pitch in as needed.
Requirements:
- This position requires a JD and 5+ years of legal experience (prior in-house experience preferred)
- Must be a self-starter and possess a strong work ethic and willingness to go beyond the job description
- Sense of humor and ability to roll with the punches are essential
