Lucas Group has partnered with our client in on their search for a Hydraulic Sales Representative.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Hydraulic Sales Representative, you will generate a customer base and support those customers in your designated territory. The Hydraulic Sales Representative handles top line growth, sales forecasting, and pipeline development through managing assigned accounts through the sale of hydraulic products and services offered by our client. The Sales Representative will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and the customer and will help monitor the service quality at all of our stores.
Achieving revenue targets through industrial channels
Maintain and acquire customers through disciplined sales pipeline management
Partner with service operations to understand internal capabilities and influence new opportunities to support future growth
Participate in cross-functional business activities
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
Additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Who We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this position, you should have prior sales experience within an assigned territory, knowledge of tools applicable to the position and the desire to learn. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to take direction and work in a team environment is essential to this position as well.
Specific industry experienced, desired or an equivalent college degree
Must be able and willing to travel regularly
Qualified candidate MUST have prior outside sales experience calling on contractors or industry accounts. Prefer experience with selling hydraulics but will train.
High energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic required.
Prior territory management experience preferred
Prior experience using a CRM, presentation software and spreadsheets
