Lucas Group has partnered with a leading HVAC company on their search for a Human Resources Manager for their facility in the Denver area. This person in this role will be supporting 370 employees and needs to have experience supporting a decentralized workforce as the sole Human Resources representative for our client. The HR Manager will be responsible for providing day to day HR support, guidance and advice on company policies and procedures. The ideal person will have HVAC or Construction industry experience.

• Benefits administration
• Employee relations
• Payroll deductions
• Compliance, Safety, 401K and Monthly Newsletter

Educational/Work Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• 5-7 years of related experience
• Experience supporting a larger decentralized population (300+)
• Manufacturing, Construction or HVAC industry experience a must
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
