Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Lebanon OR.
Role Overview: This person will be the sole HR supporting a manufacturing plant of 180 union and non-union employees. Union experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desired. Could be open to other HR backgrounds as long as they have a comprehensive background din human resources. This is a great role for someone who wants to be both tactical and strategic. They will focus on employee relation including investigations and HR processes and procedures as well corporate initiatives and strategy.
This person needs to be a strategic partner while also being able to roll their sleeves up and tackle the tactical pieces. This position is responsible for developing and administering various human resources programs and procedures for all company personnel, as well as planning, organizing and controlling all activities of a plant Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a human resources background in manufacturing with at least some union experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Union / Labor Relations experience
· Experience supporting HR in a manufacturing environment
· Experience being or willing to be both strategic and tactical
· Bachelors Degree is preferred
· PHR, SPHR certification preferred
· 5-8 years experience
