Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading construction company on their search for an HRIS & Payroll Manager located in NW Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to be the strong right hand for the Director of Compensation and Benefits. The person in this role will be the HRIS subject matter expert and be responsible for managing a small corporate payroll. This strategic, analytical thinking individual will also manage a multitude of HR projects including integrating acquired payroll and benefits plans as well as streamlining processes. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Communicate changes to payroll, benefits, or processes effectively
- Handle HRIS queries and report writing
- Counsel and guide hiring managers and employees on HR and employee relations matters
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors
- Additional projects as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous management experience ideal
