Lucas Group has partnered with our client in the professional services industry on their search for a HR Manager to help lead the HR function while reporting the HR Director. This is a quickly growing organization and the HR Manager will be given strong autonomy to drive change across the company.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Lead day to day HR operations
- Handle employee relations and drive leadership coaching/performance management
- Oversee 1 direct report handling payroll/benefits
- Ability to drive employee engagement in a fast paced sales population
- Ability to handle multiple priorities across function
- Ability to process payroll and administer benefits when necessary.
Educational & Work Requirements:
- Degree: BA
- Work Experience: 5+ years in HR
