Lucas Group has partnered with our client in on their search for a. Human Resources Manager. This is a newly created role and will report to a VP of HR. The preference is someone who has worked in professional, financial services, real estate or private equity, but we will consider others.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Support the VP in all aspects of Human capital management
- Act as a key partner with all members of Sr. Management Team
- Partner on staffing/recruitment, talent development, benefits administration, employee relations and engagement
- Develop and drive talent acquisition, talent management & retention
- Develop and implement innovative, creative, high impact talent development programs that enable outstanding employee and business performance
- Partner with the VP of HR to manage and administer benefit programs
- Oversee LOA to ensure proper notifications and compliance under federal and state leave mandates
- Coach and support management team on employee relations and compliance in collaboration with legal and compliance department
- Partner with department heads on the development & delivery of customized training programs
- Provide oversight to payroll management vendors on payroll and HRIS transactions
Skills Needed:
- BA Degree
- Effective verbal & written communication
- 7-10 years experience HR Manager/Business Partner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS and ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Experience planning, building and delivering training
- Experience in Talent Acquisition Strongly preferred
