Role Overview: The HR Manager will report into the Director, HR for the region and be responsible for the HR functions at their sites in Green Bay, WI (multiple buildings – manufacturing and distribution). The role will be a blend of strategic and tactical HR (80/20 split). This is a union facility so union experience is required with a minimum of 2nd chair negotiation experience (1st chair is even better). The ideal candidate will be able to speak to examples of how they have partnered with plant leadership to coach, develop, and drive the business.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Manufacturing experience required; F&B industry experience preferred
- Contract Negotiation experience required – a minimum of 2nd chair during negotiations
- Strategic HR with experience in building relationships, problem-solving and follow-up skills
