Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with an ambitious and far reaching innovative media, information, and services company to aid in their search for an HR Information Systems Specialist for their New York City location. This role will serve as the main point of contact for troubleshooting related to the HRIS system, in addition to tracking and determining who has what level of access to the platform. Working in Human Resources, this individual will provide support and diagnoses for any technical issues related to Oracle systems. The ideal candidate is familiar with data analysis and excels at targeting possible improvements regarding the technology.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Developed written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years’ experience with Oracle HCM or synonymous platforms
- Possesses the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- A knack for organization and a detail-oriented work ethic
- Prior analytic experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
