The ideal candidate has at least five years of broad-based HR experience in a small corporate environment. This is a fantastic opportunity with a ton of autonomy to lead HR in a highly visible corporate environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree.
• 5+ years HR Business Partner/HR Generalist Experience in a Corporate setting, ideally within a manufacturing company.
• Previous exposure to talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, learning & development, and employee relations.
